Very Productive Week

Last week we had a very productive week for Caribbean Palm Villa.  We dug and set the septic system, hammered away at rock and dug out the cisterns.  Luckily the rock was not that bad and only two days of hammering got us great results.

Pretty happy that we got through this rock in two days…..Maybe a little more digging out but overall we are extremely happy with the progress.

Now it is time for sitting and relaxing and taking in the view

Septic gets delivered and set in place

Well we are in the first week of construction and all is moving along as expected.  Thankfully we haven't hit much stone, any that we have come across has easily been excavated out.  Enjoy the pictures and our progress...

Excavation has begun

Thursday, March 20th, construction began for the new Caribbean Palm Villa.  So far so good.  Hope you enjoy the pictures.  Before we start, Denise got to cut down the final tree in the way…

Construction to begin in Point Rendezvous, St. John, USVI
